We are not a government agency, authority, or official body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department, register, regulatory body, or public institution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We provide commercial, fee-based professional services, including accounting, payroll, fiscal representation, and administrative support for company formation. When a client establishes a company in Switzerland, the official acts \u2014 notarisation of the articles of association and entry in the cantonal Commercial Register (Handelsregister) \u2014 are performed exclusively by the competent Swiss authorities and an independent notary. For convenience, our published prices are all-inclusive package prices covering our advisory and administrative work together with the associated notary and Commercial Register costs. Regardless of how the price is packaged, the notarisation and the Commercial Register entry are always carried out exclusively by the notary and the competent Swiss authorities, not by Nexova AG.<\/p>\n<p>The official fees, statutory requirements, processing times, and final decisions relating to company formation are set and determined solely by the competent Swiss authorities, and are outside our control.
