How our pricing works

Four components for complete cost predictability

Annual cost estimate

We assess your structure, transaction volume, and complexity, then provide an estimated annual cost as a range.

Example: CHF 2,800 – 3,400 / year

Monthly advance

We calculate a monthly payment based on the midpoint of your estimate divided by 12.

Example: Midpoint CHF 3,100 ÷ 12 = CHF 258 / month

Cost ceiling

We agree on a contractual upper limit on what you will pay: 20–25% above the upper estimate for new clients, 10–15% for existing ones.

Example: Cost ceiling CHF 4,250 (new client)

Year-end reconciliation

We total actual hours worked, apply the cost ceiling, and deduct advances paid. Any credit or balance is settled.

Example: CHF 3,200 – CHF 3,096 = CHF 104 invoiced

    The following services are priced on a fixed annual or monthly basis. Each service has a defined scope, and
    work carried out beyond that scope is either priced specifically or billed at the standard CHF 160/h specialis
    rate, always agreed in advance.

    Nexova acts as your fiscal representative in Switzerland, handling registration and ongoing VAT compliance for foreign companies operating in the Swiss market.

    Answers at a click

    What if my actual costs come in below the monthly advances I have paid?

    You receive a credit for the difference at year-end, or it is applied against the following period.

    What if my costs approach the ceiling?

    We flag this during our quarterly reviews. At 90% of the agreed ceiling, we inform you and discuss next steps. You will never be invoiced above the agreed ceiling.

    What counts as an additional service?

    Any work that falls outside the defined scope of your mandate, such as dealing with backlogs, correspondence with authorities, or tax planning. We always notify you and agree to the scope before carrying out additional work.

    Can my estimate range or ceiling change from year to year?

    Yes. If your transaction volume changes significantly over the course of a year, we review the estimate and ceiling together at renewal. We aim to reflect your actual situation as accurately as possible.

    Is the monthly advance a fixed commitment?

    It is a standing order based on the midpoint of your estimate. If quarterly reviews show actuals are consistently above or below this figure, we may propose revising the advance amount for the remainder of the year.

    How is the setup fee determined?

    It is based on the complexity of your company structure at the time of onboarding. We confirm the applicable tier before the mandate begins.

    Are prices subject to VAT?

    All prices listed on this page exclude Swiss VAT, which is added at the applicable rate.
