Your mission:

• Lead, develop, and cultivate a small, dynamic team of fiduciary mandate managers, fostering a company culture that lives by personal responsibility and innovation.
• Manage your own client portfolio, act entrepreneurially, and actively contribute to the further development of Nexova.
• Question processes, optimize them, and implement digital solutions to drive efficiency and scalability forward.
• Deploy automation and modern tools in a targeted manner to make our digital fiduciary services future-proof.
• Strategically advise management, identify areas for improvement, and boldly propose new approaches.
• Strengthen client relationships, provide excellent consulting, and co-develop new services that create genuine added value.

Your profile:

• Higher professional qualification in fiduciary services or finance (e.g., Certified Fiduciary Specialist or Diploma Fiduciary Expert, or equivalent).
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary industry, ideally with leadership experience.
• Affinity for IT and confident use of common accounting software (knowledge of Business Central is an advantage).
• Enjoyment of location-independent work and flexibility in structuring working hours.
• Team spirit, trust, innovation, responsibility and transparency are values that you live by.
• Excellent German and good English skills are essential for communication with our clients.
