Your mission:

  • Bear overall responsibility for the Fiduciary Department: You lead the team leaders, ensure the quality of all mandates and make sure that deadlines and standards are consistently adhered to.
  • Manage an own mandate portfolio with full responsibility: from ongoing bookkeeping and payroll accounting through VAT settlements and annual financial statements to comprehensive tax advisory.
  • Lead and develop your team: Coach team leaders, plan capacities, build and demonstrate a strong quality culture.
  • Take responsibility for ERP systems and digital processes: You optimise and standardise internal workflows, identify potential and implement it.
  • Strategically co-shape: You think entrepreneurially, contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of Nexova.
  • Co-shape the future of digital fiduciary services – medium-term as a member of the executive management and with a clear perspective towards a partnership.

Your profile:

  • Completed education in the fiduciary sector, e.g. dipl. fiduciary expert, dipl. tax expert, auditor or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a fiduciary company, of which at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Solid specialist knowledge in bookkeeping, annual financial statements, taxes and payroll accounting (Switzerland)
  • Digitally affine, with experience in modern ERP and accounting systems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You do not just want to execute, but to co-shape and take on responsibility
  • Loyal, trustworthy, proactive, precise and strong in communication
  • Excellent German and good English skills are essential for communication with our national and international clients.
