Your mission:

• Comprehensively advise a demanding and diverse clientele ranging from ambitious startups to established SMEs on all fiduciary and financial matters, and accompany them as a long-term trusted partner — at both national and international level.
• Independently manage complex mandates: from ongoing bookkeeping and payroll accounting, through VAT returns and annual financial statements, all the way to comprehensive tax advisory.
• Advise clients proactively and holistically: you think one step ahead, identify entrepreneurial risks and opportunities early, and independently bring solutions to the table.
• Not just apply digital accounting and fiduciary processes, but actively further develop and optimize them — you recognize potential and put it into action.
• Actively build new client relationships, strategically expand existing mandates, and consistently ensure a high quality of consulting.
• Actively shape the future of digital fiduciary services — by critically questioning existing processes, contributing smart solutions, and redefining an industry together with us.

Your profile:

• You hold a higher professional qualification in fiduciary services or finance (e.g., Federal PET Diploma in Fiduciary Services or Diploma Fiduciary Expert).
• You have accumulated at least 6–8 years of professional experience at a fiduciary firm, of which at least 3–4 years in an independent or advisory role.
• You are digitally savvy and have experience with common fiduciary and accounting software.
• You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and know how to inspire clients over the long term.
• You enjoy working location-independently and appreciate flexible working hours.
• Team spirit, trust, innovation, responsibility, and transparency are values you live by.
• Excellent German and good English skills are essential for communication with our national and international clients.
